3. KitchenAid shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Accidents, modifications, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God (including lightning), incorrect installation
4. Replacement parts or labor charges for units serviced outside of the United States and Canada.
5. Pickup and delivery are both options. This major appliance is meant to be serviced in the consumer’s home.
6. Repairs to components or systems caused by illegal modifications made to the appliance
7. Product service and repair costs associated with remote locations.
